Coffee Places with Cool Latte Art

7 years ago by Anna Fernandez

Latte art, as we all know, is a skill. It is a method of preparing coffee by pouring steamed milk into a shot of espresso, which results in a pattern on the beverage’s surface. Although some may argue that there is too much focus on the aesthetic side of things instead of more important aspects like taste and aroma, we always seem to be on the lookout for anything Instagram-worthy. So here are some places where you can get your caffeine fix with cool latte art.

Carol Mel Cafe

Conveniently situated just four minutes away from Tai Seng MRT station, this underrated cafe serves up regular Western grub including their signature Italian braised lamb shank, classic fish and chips, carbonara pasta, and truffle fries. They also boast a humble array of gourmet coffees, which come with pretty floral latte art.

Selfie Coffee Singapore

This coffee place takes narcissism to the next level by allowing you to print selfies on top of your beverages. However, if you think about it, you can also submit whatever picture in your camera roll instead of one of your own face – it’ll turn out exactly like the image you submit. Cold drinks are recommended for longer lasting prints on the foam.
