A new and refreshing addition, the Deep-fried Prawns coated with Yuzu Mayonnaise dish embodied a perfect balance of juiciness and crispiness, without the batter stealing the limelight from the wholesome prawns. Its house-made yuzu mayonnaise and fresh yuzu gave it a pleasant tanginess, and was definitely a unique addition.
The Poached Clams, Xin Cuisine Style is served with preserved vegetables, shredded snow fungus, bamboo pith, and topped with shredded ginging and a dash of premium Chinese wine. The wine undeniably added an extra oomph to the menu item, giving it a strong fragrance and piquant taste.
Blending sweetness and spiciness, the Stir-fried Wagyu Beef Cubes with Black Pepper and Longan uses Australian wagyu beef cubes, which were tender, cooked to perfection, and charred just right. The black pepper contrasted well with the sweet tropical Longan fruit, making it one of the standout dishes on the menu.
