This is a good opportunity to excite your senses with some exotic fusion goodness. The food is nicely presented in bowls, with a special blend of ingredients. Southwest Meatball Bowl

The Southwest Meatball Bowl includes Cajun Seasoned Brown Rice topped with Chorizo Meatballs, Diced Avocado, Pico de Gallo, and Cotija Cheese. The dish is then topped with a Chili Lime Crema and Spiced Tortilla Straws. The meatball was accompanied by a sweet aftertaste, which was tenderly cooked. The rice was satisfactory with its sticky but light texture, just the right amount of consistency. The Spiced Tortilla Straws complemented the dish with added crispiness and it improved the overall quality of the dish. It is so tasty, you can even have it on its own!

Creole Style Jambalaya

The Creole Style Jambalaya was a tangy affair. This is a rather bold dish with its choice of ingredients, which sets a lingering smoky aftertaste. What really set this dish apart from others was the tangy-smoky flavour after being mixed right. You are required to mix the food appropriately to achieve the full flavour of all the dishes.

The Grilled Shrimp Noodle

The next dish was truly splendid and it had an Asian spin on it. The Grilled Shrimp Noodle leaves you with a sour aftertaste. The noodle has a light-feel texture, and after one mouthful, it leaves you scurrying for more. The Shrimp completes the dish with its lightly grilled taste. It has an unconventional seafood taste which was perfect for the overall taste of the dish. This dish was refined accordingly and each particular ingredient stood out. All in all, the mix of flavours set the bar for Hard Rock Café’s new inspiring creations.

Pineapple Honey Smash

On the other hand, the Pineapple Honey Smash is just a slightly stronger citrus version of The Fresh Margarita Martini. However, the honey syrup aids in providing a subtle aftertaste of the citrus effect. It is the perfect blend of sweet and sour!
