Whatever that has cheese sounds good to me. Today in Food Journal, we are going to share with you how to make these little crunchy Parmesan Cauliflower Bites. Convincing your little one to eat veggies is made easier.

1 Whole Cauliflower
1/2 Cup All-purpose flour
2 Large Eggs, beaten
1 Cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan, grated
3 Tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Get your breading stations ready: place the flour in a shallow dish, and beat the eggs in separate shallow dish. In a large bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and cajun seasoning.
Work with a handful of cauliflower pieces at a time: toss them in the flour, dip them in the eggs, then toss them in the panko mix to evenly coat.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the breaded cauliflower florets to the preheated oil in the skillet and cook until they’re golden and crispy on all sides. Remove the fried cauliflower from the pan to a plate lined with paper towels.
