ESQUINA means “corner in Spanish”, with Barcelona-born Head Chef Carlos Montobbio bringing you some of the best ingredients from around the world and showcasing Spanish dining like you have never seen before.
The Tasting Room
A monthly affair held on every Tuesday, ESQUINA brings you Chef Carlos “Little Black Book of Experiments”. This special event is by “invite only” and by invite, we meant only those who are quick enough to have registered. Slots are limited, but fret not because there’s 12 Months in a year right?
Located at 16 Jiak Chuan Road, the nearest train station to ESQUINA is at either Chinatown or Ourtram Park MRT Station. With a walking distance of either 550m or 400m walk respectively.
Together with a few complete random strangers, you, will get to be first to sample experimental creations by the culinary team, they will also be able to provide feedback and share ideas on how they would like the dishes to be tweaked, creating personal experiences that may well end up on the menu.
If you’re a complete foodie and love trying out exquisite new and interesting dishes, the tasting room will be your best bet.
