For starters, diners can choose between the decadent Pan-Seared Foie Gras, served with grilled yellow peaches, orange sauce, and sourdough or the creamy Burrata with marinated chopped tomatoes, aged balsamic, extra virgin olive oil, and sourdough. The main course comes with the restaurant’s special pastas—guests can choose between the Handmade Seafood Ravioli served with crustacean sauce, ginger oil, fennel salad, and slivers of sashimi carabinero prawn or the Handmade Chestnut Agnolotti tossed in brown butter, black winter truffle, and parma ham foam.  The four-course menu comes with an additional main course—choose either the Sous-Vide Venison Loin with zucchini flower, potato galette, and dark chocolate red wine sauce, or the Pan-Seared Halibut with ratatouille, golden raisin sauce, and crispy San Daniele ham. End the Valentines Day meal with the restaurant’s signature Tiramisu- also available in choices of classic or  pistachio , and pair it up with your choice of coffee or tea.  On a special price, couples can choose to complement each course with a specially selected wine pairing  for a truly romantic experience.
