Hello, October, We’ve Been Awaiting This Spooktacular Month!

If October’s your favourite month and there’s nothing more you’d like than to dress up and go crazy, we’ve got your back. From dressing up and wandering the streets of Clarke Quay to having a quiet night in with a small group of friends, we are here to give you some suggestions on how to have fun. Who says adulting is boring? Not us. Deep down we are definitely still children. Goodbye to trick-o-treatin’ for we are old and legal to booze it up and keep up the tradition of enjoying this ghoul-ish month!

Bar-hop
Get dressed in your favourite costumes and wander the streets of Clarke Quay, Holland Village, Boat Quay or Club Street. Get down there, have fun, socialize and have a blast! With loads of deals around during this season, it’ll save you from burning a huge hole in your pocket, too! Keep a lookout for cool events happening during this month and be sure to make your way down. Of course, it is always advisable to drink responsibly and stay out of trouble! There’s no rule stating that you can’t party with the dead as it is. Start planning an outfit for Halloween now before someone else steals your idea. Here’s a tip from us: it’ll help if you go with an unconventional idea. That way it eliminates the odds of you bumping into another Venom or Joker. Shhh, don’t tell the others what you know!

Universal Studios Singapore
Hop on the Halloween Horror Nights 2018 bandwagon!! Grab your friends/family or go alone and scare yourself silly with one of the many horror themed places they have. What’s great is the element of surprise that’ll be creeping up on you at random timings. You’ll be having so much fun or filled with fear to even realise how fast time flies when you’re having fun.

Movie Night!
Organise a horror movie marathon with family and friends. What’s great is that this requires less and does more. Rewatch horror classics or do up a list of new films that you’ve yet to watch. You can decorate your home, host a potluck and have a really comfy night in spent with people closest to you. For added fun, you can also throw in a games night and play horror themed games. A costume party works well during this get together, too! What are you waiting for? Get the creative juices flowing and start on your epic Halloween party now!

Halloween Specials
Take a trip down to Marina Bay Sands and drop by one of the many places they have in their establishments. Join in on a late night party at Adrift by David Myers or LAVO Italian Restaurant and Rooftop Bar, have a quiet night at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar whilst enjoying their aptly named ‘Halloween Fury’ – a concoction of themed cocktails, grab a cool and quirky ‘Halloween CrazyShake’ down at Black Tap and for the parents who follow us, grab your kids and sign ‘em up for a children pastry masterclass at db Bistro & Oyster Bar. More information on the various events specially centred around Halloween can be found on their website: https://www.marinabaysands.com/restaurants/festive-dining.html.
