The enticing menu include delectable dishes such as the Mini Abalone, Salmon and Crispy Fish Skin Yu Sheng, Braised South African 22-Head Abalone with Conpoy & Winter Melon, Braised Boston Lobster and Black Truffle with Superior Stock , Ginseng Marinated Irish Roast Duck and Deep-Fried Lobster Meat with White Peach Mayonnaise. Vegetarian options include the Black Truffle Yu Sheng, Double-boiled Monkey Head Mushroom with Chinese Herbs and Wok-Fried Sweet Beancurd Skin.
The Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel is also offering takeaway delights to sweeten your family reunion. The takeaway menu include Lobster, Scallop, Salmon, Alaskan Crab, Caviar and Crispy Fish Skin Yu Sheng with Passionfruit Pearls and a choice of White Peach, Kumquat or Traditional Sauce.
